INGREDIENTS
2 duck magrets
Flour
6 tbsp. of dry sake
6 tbsp. of sweet sake
6 tbsp. of soy sauce
PREPARATION
Fillet the magrets, make superficial cuts, salt and pass through flour.
Fry on both sides in a pan.
Mix both sakes and the soy.
Add to the magret and boil down.
Serve immediately.
